We selected Phoenix Construction to be our contractors for our new Diagnostic Facility, the obvious strength to Phoenix was its project leadership, under the direction of Justin Matheson and Thomas Cowling, they both lead the Phoenix team and other sub-contractors to the successful completion of our facility.

We found that without exception, the Phoenix team were trustworthy professionals who were committed to the successful completion of a quality product, under very time sensitive conditions. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always very attentive to our requirements and deadlines. The project has been well planned, well-supervised and well executed and I couldn’t recommend Phoenix more highly!

You need only visit our lobby, ballrooms and guest rooms to see the amazing transformation The Phoenix Group was able to carry out for us. The pre-planning, critical path scheduling and overall management afforded a most difficult project to be completed on time and under budget. Impressive to say the least.

The Phoenix Group have done many large projects for the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. One especially complicated and large project was the construction of multi-million dollar condominiums. The high-level of design was very detailed, sophisticated and complicated. They executed the design and plan expertly, on time and on budget.

They worked seamlessly with the design team as well as the hotel team. Their professional team was a pleasure to work with. The Phoenix Group have consistently been selected as The Ritz-Carlton’s contractor.
